Extra Love for Nicolas Cage because he was pretty decent in Ghost Rider as well. I finally watched this movie all the way through, and honestly not the best plot. I mean besides being slightly unbelievable (total sarcasm) it wasnt that interesting either. The best parts of the movie were over in the first 20 minutes. He doesnt even get the girl!!!!!!!! what kind of superhero/demon hunter/head on fire kind of movie doesn’t let the guy win the girl in the end. Why couldnt he be the ghost rider AND get the girl. Was is for dramatic effect because it is a movie…its already dramatic!

This sequel was actually was as good as the first part. I think they developed the relationships really well and action was still great. All the clues and plot points were the same quality level as the first movie. I found some cool pictures of the actual resolute desk that the movie refers to. I laughed , I cried, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. It was also very funny! I own it in blue ray and it was awesome!

I watched this movie again for the five hundredth time and it was still amazing! Bruce Willis is one of my favorite actors and his performance in Armageddon was no exception. Ben Affleck was decent, but the movie plot and the comedy/tragedy was a great little mixture!! I cry every single time.

For having such a controversial story line, I think this movie is absolutely uplifting and hilarious!!!! I love Juno and her dialogue and tone make the movie honestly. The writer did a fabulous job. It is a thanksgiving break must see if you still haven’t seen it. there is also genius music in it. The blog that I have linked has a lot of the music from the movie! One of my favorite songs is called “i am a vampire” (i think) and it is so weird. You have to watch the credits to hear it.

Though this movie came out last year, I still think it is a great film to gear up for the season. The leading ladies’ situations are representative of a lot of women and their feelings and maybe even guys relate with Jack Black! Great one for a night at home with the hunny or with girls!
Tear jerker!!! smile maker!!!

The Rock, starring Nicholas Cage, is about a group of special operations marine vets who demand the govt to pay retribution to the families of those who died and were not recognized, it is a bit more complicated, but basically Nicholas Cage (Stan) is a chemical specialist for the FBI and is called upon to help bring down the threat on the city. It all takes place in the abandoned prison Alkatraze. Lots of great comedy and violence, there are some cool looking weapons in the movie as well. Naturally my favorite part was Cages co-star Sean Connery who plays a retired SAS agent for British Intel. Got to SEE!!!!!!

Not very impressed, but it was such a weird plot that I had to watch the whole thing. It did whoever take me watching it like6 different times to actualy see the whole thing because I kept falling asleep. Lindsey Lohan did an okay job, but she did lose and arm and a leg in the film so i feel like there should be a bit more emotion. The gore factor was definatly there too! I would only see it if you like cheesy gore not the best acting movies.

United 93 is a movie surrounding 9/11 and more specifically about flight 93 that resisted the takeover and crash landed in Pennsylvania. It is very sobering to watch. Its like your so sad and want to turn away, but your so interested because none of use really know anything about the experience those people had that day. Our curiosity makes us watch. It was very respectful as one would hope a movie created so soon after the event would be. I would defiantly see it is you have some time. Its not a blockbuster by any means, but it does make you think. during thanksgiving it is a good reminder of what we have to be grateful for.

In the spirit of Halloween, I watched freddy v. jason for like the fifth time. It just makes me laugh. I know it is suppose to be slightly scary, but the gore and the plot just make me laugh. Plus it is overly vulgar which just makes it all the more ridiculous! It is pretty much making fun of the original horror films nightmare on elm street and Jason. They are like enemies and they are both trying to kill these teens, and they eventually end up fighting eachother to the death..”death”, since they never actualy die for some reason. if you want to laugh this is definately a good choice..

The first time I saw this movie I was not impressed, most likely because I feel asleep and missed so fairly importatnt plot points. Second time around I understood the lessons that it was trying to convey much better. I cried because it was sad, but I see how the end can be positive in a way too. If you choose to watch this movie, make sure you stay awake. the acting is truly awesome. there are some pretty deep underlying points too so be open minded when you see it. it was very imaginative as well!
