I am thinking of doing a Pattern recognising program on the PPM image files. The code will be able to identify a particular pattern amongst a database of images.Pattern recognition aims to classify data (patterns) based on prior information extracted from the patterns. The patterns to be classified are usually groups of measurements or observations, defining points in an appropriate multidimensional space.
