Kitchen Duty

Working in many different restaurants in my life I have had the opportunity to work in many kitchens. I’ve worked in some where the dominant language is English. I’ve also worked in some where the dominant language was Spanish, providing me with the perfect chance to pick up on a second language. Although I do not know, nor fluently speak Spanish. I can communicate enough to get by, and I am proud to say what I have done. I have developed skills that can be used throughout a restaurant that will give me a good background if I decide to one day open one myself. I am proud of the work ethic it has developed in me, and although I am looking for something better, I am glad I could have these experiences.
