I have been serving for a decent amount of time, and one thing I have noticed is that when it comes to working with others you can definitely tell what type of person they are. When it comes to something like sidework, the relationship that coworkers need to have is mutual. If some one does their part and keeps up with their sidework, it will make every one else’s job much easier. There needs to be teamwork within a crew, everyone depends on everyone else. But, there are those that standout both negatively and positively. You can always tell who skips out on their part or tries to avoid helping others. I don’t get it. If I am doing my part to help you, then why the hell can’t you keep up with yours and show me the same respect? It will just make everything so much easier and instead of everyone pulling each other’s hair out, things will be much more peaceful.
