Hi Julie,
Here are some comments from your review session in class - I hope you find them useful and can incorporate them into the next iteration of your project!

The sheeps ear goes back into his body - so some care needs to be taken here - also his legs seem to "pop back".

There is no rotation on the legs, this is more noticeable/distracting on the hind legs rather than the front legs - adding some rotation would help emphasize the weight of the sheep.

It looks like the shears are begin stopped by the chair - rather than hiding behind it. Make the shears sneakier in general - maybe give him a face - the outline of a face is already there so you could build on that - make sure it looks like the shears is chasing the sheep, rather than following along - maybe he is lying in waiting before the sheep comes into the scene.

The chopping motion is good. Maybe have him walk like you would walk a compass across a page - like a menacing pirate - perhaps with a little hop.

You could have him initially stuck into wood to emphasize the sharpness of the blades.

The camera moves with the object, which is a little discerning and gives a "moon walking" feel. Maybe if he turned slightly that would help.
