Cross Training
Cross training is a good way to increase your strength, fitness, and stamina. Cross training involves a little bit of everything. You would do cardiovascular workouts, body weight workouts, a little weight lifting, and running workouts. This get’s your whole body involved and helps increase your stamina dramatically.
