Home Workout Devices

So I know that as a college student it is hard to make time to go to the gym all the time when you have homework, projects, or tests that you have to do. These days there are actually a lot of little cheap workout devices that are made to use in your own home. There are ab rollers, which really target the abs and shoulders, there are pull-up bars that you can put in any doorway (pull-ups are a great exercise for you shoulders and back), there are core balls that you can use to do many different types of workouts that can target all the different sections of your abs, there are push-up handles that make push-ups a little more difficult, and then there are always tension bands that you can use to workout almost any part of your body. With all of these devices you can easily get a good twenty to thirty minute workout in the comfort of your own room. That is always better than nothing . Hello world!

Hey everybody. My name is Eric and I’m creating this blog for an english project. I decided the topic to be on weightlifting and staying healthy as a college student. I used to be a college baseball player until I hurt my arm and transfered to Texas A&M this year. I sort of just replaced playing baseball with working out so I thought it would be a good topic to talk about. I know that it’s hard for people to make time to exercise when they have tests and projects to worry about so I thought I could give pointers of short workouts and other things to do based on my experience through this blog. These blog posts may lean a little more towards the guys given that I am a guy but I’ll try and throw some things in there for the girls too.
