After my experiences with my old phone (Venus from Verizon - don’t buy it!), I am SO excited that I finally got a new phone!! My old phone’s buttons would stick, the touch screen never worked, I never got any messages/calls/voicemails until the end of the day when they came in batches of 20 or so, AND it never charged! Well, okay, it charged but I had to stand it on its side and make it do this little maneuver in order for it to be successful. UUGGHHH.
HOWEVER, last Thursday, I got a NEW PHONE!! WHOOP! It’s from Verizon and it’s called the Voyager. It’s the most amazing thing ever. Now I have the luxury of a touch phone with the convenience of a full keyboard. I can’t express how much I enjoy this newfound technology, I actually have been getting my calls. It’s a miracle!
After being out of the loop for a couple months, you can only imagine my excitement when I got my new phone. Now, before you judge me, I didn’t just pick the “coolest” phone, I researched and read reviews and all that, too. The review that stuck out to me the most was this one. It’s a college student just like me, and he wrote about the functionality of the phone for someone my age. LOVE the review. And now that I have the phone, I agree with him on a lot of his points.
Anyway, this was my first time to research phones before just jumping at the niftyest one in the store and I’m so glad. Now, I have a working phone and a firmer belief in reading reviews before a big purchase. Definitely a win-win.
