In the Houston Chronicle today, Obama tells us that no official who wants to cut back on health insuarance will have his way.  Basically we as a nation have the most expensive health plans in the world.  Most people don’t even want to see the doctor for even the slightest colds.  Some for even worse.  This reminds me of a roomate I had who developed a sore throat than an infection to inflammation. It was two weeks before we ( the other roomates) finally convinced her she could possibly die.  Even the slightes cough could be a sign of something very harmful might arise.  Due to this economy’s scary hospital bills many try to put off seeing the doctor for check ups. But it is these very minor check ups that could save or lives.
