Surviving

If it is surviving or more less learning to cope in the workforce of men are women up to the challenge? All questions and barriers have been brought forth, families, pay, choices, and unspoken pressures are the only factors that are holding women back. Factors which can be overcome together as a race or a voice, but the true question is are women ready for this new movement that is heading their way, can children and family time be given up to earn power in the world of men. It is our time for history to write of women, for government to reflect on those right’s holding women back, it is a time to unite and rise to the occasion. Several voices are louder then one, but it only takes one to unbalance the voice, if women do not create one voice together then will equal pay and the barriers that hold us back be brought down? Is surviving in a man’s world like treading water; as time goes on you feel the weight take you under and there is no promise to get back up?
