Could women on the rise mean more then business? Is this pursuit more or less about the actual work they are performing and about coming in first. History has always been a closed book for women, triumph and victory only have a place for men of our past. Great heros or leaders all consist of men and have their name and role well written through history, but where does this leave women but in second, or invisible? It’s no wonder that women have pushed for more rights, taken on governmental roles, and filled the gaps where men have failed. Now is the time to claim a space for when history is written, women have stayed in the darkness to long and their calling has never been more clear then the 21st century. So is it about the jobs we take on, wanting to improve corporations and strengthen the fields we are in, or is it more?
